Sequence Logo



A sequence logo is a graphical representation of the sequence conservation of amino acids made from alignment of conserved motif in each node. It's created by WebLogo software.

Click node number and push [Create] button, and then you can get sequence logo.




You can compare several sequence logos (See Comparison of sequence logo).
